Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions or service.
• Solid knowledge of licensing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access) for data handling and reporting.
• Ability to analyze licensing changes and communicate impact clearly.

Responsibilities

• Processes producer new and renewal licensing applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintains licensing database and monitors licensing communications.
• Coordinates producer appointments and tracks licensing requirements by state.
• Reviews regulatory bulletins and legislation impacting licensing procedures.
• Ensures timely renewals, invoicing, and reconciliation of licensing activities.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive producer information.
