Cambrian Homecare, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA seeks a licensed LVN to provide 1:1 skilled care for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include feeding via G-tube, vital signs, and medication administration in a home setting.

• Must have one year of experience.
• Active CA LVN License.
• CPR certification.
• Physical within the last 6 months and recent TB test.
• Current TB test, current physical, Valid CPR card and First Aid (within 30 days of hire).
• Clear criminal background.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 respite care for families of a child or adult with developmental disabilities.
• GastronomyTube(g-tube) Care and Feeding.
• Take vital signs and administer medication.
• TrachCare (very rarely, do not need to have experience in this).
• Check blood sugar and administer insulin injection.
• Seizure Management - may need to give medication if ordered and ensure safety.
• Document on nursing notes every visit.
• Be a support to clients and their family members.
• Monitor and report changes in client care and/or behavior.

Pay rate: $35.00 hourly
