Cambrian Homecare, Inc. in Norwalk, CA is seeking a licensed LVN caregiver to provide 1:1 respite care for children and adults with developmental disabilities. The role includes g-tube care, vital sign checks, medication administration, and occasional trach care.

Training and PPE are provided, with supportive, round-the-clock office staff. Qualified candidates must hold a California LVN license, CPR certification, and pass background checks. Prior experience and TB clearance are required.

Pay rate: $35.00 hourly

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 respite care for families ofa child or adult with developmental disabilities
• GastronomyTube(g-tube) Care and Feeding
• Take vital signs and administer medication
• TrachCare (very rarely, do not need to have experience in this)
• Check blood sugar and administer insulin injection
• Seizure Management – may need to give medication if ordered and ensure safety
• Document on nursing notes every visit
• Be asupportto clients andtheir familymembers
• Monitor and report changes in client care and/orbehavior

Qualifications

• Active CA. LVN License
• CPR certification
• Physical within the last 6 months and recent TB test
• Current TB test, current physical, Valid CPR card and First Aide (within 30 days of hire)
• Must have 1 year of experience
• Clear criminal background
