LensCrafters in the United States is seeking a Licensed Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service while overseeing optical and lab processes. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and knowledge of eyewear fitting and prescription management.

You will guide sales associates, ensure accurate product knowledge, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment in a retail context. Experience with opticianry licensing is essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Current & valid state Opticianry license.
• Experience in optical retail and knowledge of optics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist in lens and lab processes.
• Proactive and solution-driven, accurate execution and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, assist sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
