LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service in a busy retail optical setting. You will supervise store operations, assist customers with eyewear selections, and manage lab processes to ensure accurate fittings and repairs.

A state Opticianry license and strong leadership are required for this full-time role. You’ll train staff, maintain store standards, and support sales goals while upholding eyewear quality and patient care.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required with current state Opticianry license.
• Strong optical theory and merchandise knowledge.
• Proven leadership and training experience.
