Job summary

LensCrafters in the United States is seeking a Licensed Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and support store success by supervising optical and lab processes.

Under the state Opticianry license, you will guide team members, assist customers with lens choices, dispense eyewear, and ensure accurate measurements and product knowledge. You may oversee lab operations and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED.
• Current & valid state Opticianry license.
• Strong optical & retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory & merchandise.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Leadership & training experience.
• Edging & mounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Proactive & solution driven, accurate execution & product knowledge.
• Assists customers with selections, provides recommendations, assists sales associates.
• Serves as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• Under state license: provide lens knowledge, adjust/repair eyewear, dispense eyewear, and take precise digital measurements.
• If lab: custom fits glasses, ensure optical standards, maintain lab tools/systems safety.
