Job summary

Premise Health in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care to client employees and their dependents at our Health Center. The role offers weekday hours (Mon-Fri 7:30am–4:30pm) with no evenings or weekends.

Join a close-knit team using Epic EMR to deliver primary care and chronic condition management. You will perform phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, and point-of-care testing in a modern onsite clinic.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program with LPN/LVN licensure.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice required.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with providers within scope of practice.
• Perform and document medical tasks including medication administration, wound care, and specimen collection.
• Maintain medical equipment, ensure a clean and safe environment, and follow infection control procedures.
• Maintain patient health records with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Oklahoma City, OK. The scheduled hours are PRN – as needed.

• Practice a wide variety of clinical skills including phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, point-of-care testing, and patient care coordination while working alongside experienced providers in modern onsite clinics.

What You’ll Do

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice.
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders.
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required.
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting.
