Premise Health is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse for the Health Center in Williamsport, MD. You will deliver direct patient care, perform phlebotomy, and collaborate with providers while upholding high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN-accredited program with Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Current license as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice.
• Hands-on BLS for health care providers (AHA, ARC or equivalent) with certification.
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under supervision of healthcare providers within scope of practice.
• Performs and documents tasks including medication administration, wound care, and specimen collection per provider orders.
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Williamsport, MD.

The scheduled hours are PRN - as needed with the protentional to grow into a set schedule.

• We are seeking someone with strong phlebotomy skills, friendly personality with a focus not only on patient care but also great customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $28.00 - $35.00 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
