Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse in Mount Sterling, IL to provide care for client employees and their dependents. You'll work in a supportive primary care and occupational health clinic.

The ideal candidate has an accredited Associate's degree and is a licensed LPN in Illinois, with at least three years of experience. This flexible role offers competitive pay and a wellness program for team members.

As a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Mt. Sterling, IL. The scheduled hours are PRN – as needed.

• Flexible PRN role with the opportunity to work 3‑5 days per month, plus additional coverage for PTO and onsite events.
• Support a busy primary care and occupational health clinic alongside experienced providers, caring for employees and dependents.
• Utilize your clinical, phlebotomy, and customer service skills in a collaborative team environment. Epic experience is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice.
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders.
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required.
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting.
