Job summary

Premise Health in Celebration, FL is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care to employee and dependent patients at our on-site Health Center.

Shifts A and B are offered, with weekend coverage required every 9 weeks and holiday availability. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available. You will perform medications, wound care, and documentation while maintaining infection control and patient records.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse in state of practice required.
• A.S. degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA/ARC or equivalent) required.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under supervision of healthcare providers.
• Performs and documents medical tasks including medication administration and wound care.
• Maintains medical equipment, infection control, and a clean, safe environment.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accuracy and currency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Celebration, FL.

Schedule

• Shift A: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Shift B: 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Weekend Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (required every 9 weeks)
• Must be available to work at least one major holiday
• Some experience in primary care is preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting
