Premise Health is seeking a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care to client employees and their dependents in our health centers located in Vance and Hoover, AL.
Shift coverage includes Monday and Wednesday mornings, Thursday day, and second/fourth Saturdays at the Hoover location, totaling 26 hours per week. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, mission-driven team.

Monday & Wednesday, 5:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
2nd & 4th Saturdays at our Hoover location, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (26 hours per week)
