Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct care to St. Jude's employees at the Memphis, TN Health Center.

This role offers a flexible second shift with options roughly 12 PM–8 PM or 1 PM–9 PM, and 32–40 hours per week, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and vacations, wellness programs, EAP, and access to virtual primary care and behavioral health

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program.
• Currently licensed as an LPN in-state.
• BLS certification required (AHA/ARC).
• Minimum of three years' clinical LPN/LVN experience in ambulatory, occupational health, or ED.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision and within scope.
• Perform and document tasks: meds, wound care, specimen collection.
• Maintain equipment, clean environment, and infection control.
• Maintain accurate patient health records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide care to St. Jude's employees in our Health Center located in Memphis, TN.

What You'll Do

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting
