The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset in New York seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing care in our SNF and Long Term Care units. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, patient education, and collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse with current LPN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities
