Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. You will perform medication administration, vital signs, resident care and treatments, and education for residents and families while coordinating with physicians, NPs and the caregiving team.

A current LPN license is required. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay, competitive wages, 1199 Union benefits, medical/dental/vision coverage,
