Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset in New York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled unit and long term care team. You will perform medication administration, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, and families while supervising CNAs.
