Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for residents in the Skilled and Long Term Care Units. The role includes medication administration, including IVs, taking vital signs, and providing resident care with outcome monitoring.

Responsibilities also include educating residents and families, coordinating with physicians and other health professionals, and supervising CNAs.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN license.
