Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset in New York is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care on our units. You will administer medications, including IVs, monitor vitals, and deliver treatments while documenting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.

Responsibilities
