Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled unit and long-term care team. You will administer medications (including IVs), monitor residents, and document vital signs while coordinating care with doctors, NPs, and families.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and the option for daily pay. A current LPN license is required, with opportunities for advancement and free uniforms provided in a fresh, recognition-driven
