Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide direct resident care in SNF and Long Term Care units, administer medications (including IVs), monitor outcomes, and educate residents and families.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license and have experience in nursing home settings. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
