Job summary
The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for residents in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. Duties include medication administration, vital signs, treatments, education, and collaboration with physicians; supervision of CNAs.
We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay option, competitive hourly wages up to $42, generous benefits, and 1199 union benefits. Current LPN license required; equal opportunity employer.

- Current LPN license required.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for residents in Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
- Administer medications including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
- Educate residents and families.
