Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care units in Stony Brook, NY. Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, resident care, education for residents and families, and coordination with physicians while supervising CNAs.
