Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset in New York is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. You will administer medications, including IVs, take vital signs, and provide resident care with outcome monitoring, while educating residents and families.

Expect a supportive team environment with regular communication to physicians, NPs, and CNAs.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license.
