Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead the in-house optical team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will open/close the store as a keyholder and set the daily store vision with a focus on service and sales.

The role requires an active dispensing optician license with 2+ years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities, and a passion for eyewear and retail. A strong leader mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license, with 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• ABO certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help meet all eyewear needs and record measurements with accuracy.
• Lead the Optical team, mentor apprentices, and maintain store operations and inventory.
