Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician where licensing is required.
• ABO-certified optician preferred in non-licensing states.
• At least 2+ years of supervisory experience in optics/retail.
• Passion for eyewear and retail industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs, measurements, and fitting.
• Record measurements, adjust eyewear, and ensure flawless accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Lead and mentor the Optical team and assist with store opening/closing.
• Maintain store systems, inventory, and daily operations.
