Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in licensing states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail.
• Clear, professional communicator able to break down technical terms for customers.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear with accuracy.
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face, style and lifestyle.
• Contribute to best practices for sales and service across the organization.
• Represent the brand and educate customers about our values and mission.
