Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license.
• ABO certification accepted where licensing is not required.
• Strong communication skills to explain eyewear terminology clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check that eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to implement best practices in sales and service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, and lifestyle.
• Represent the brand and educate others about Warby Parker's values.
