Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team and help people see. You will become an expert in our brand and glasses, take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure each piece meets our standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in eligible states or ABO-certified optician
• Passion for eyewear and retail industries
• Clear, professional communication that explains terms to customers
• Detail-oriented and patient-focused teamwork

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear with accuracy
• Verify eyewear meets optical standards and customer specs
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service across the org
• Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate customers about values and mission
