Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house team and deliver exceptional customer service for eyewear needs. You will take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure quality while explaining prescription terms and product options.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll help customers choose frames, align with branding, and contribute to best practices in sales and service. A licensed dispensing optician or ABO certification is required, with ongoing learning and career growth

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a licensed dispensing optician in licensing states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Strong communication skills to explain terms and products to customers.
• Attention to detail in measurements, fittings, and eyewear quality.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to assess eyewear needs and provide exceptional service.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure accuracy of details.
• Verify eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to implement best practices for sales and service.
• Help customers select frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to brand education and promotion of Warby Parker values.
