Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team, delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers see clearly.

You will measure, fit and adjust eyewear, explain prescription terminology, and collaborate with coworkers to maintain high standards and educate customers about our glasses and processes. This role emphasizes accuracy, learning, and a positive team spirit in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified optician.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help meet all eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle
• Contribute to best-practice sales and customer service
• Represent the brand to educate and excite customers about values and mission
