You will take measurements, fit eyewear, explain prescriptions, and ensure products meet our standards. You’ll educate customers about options while collaborating with a motivated team.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in licensing states, or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective communicator who can simplify complex terms.
• Dedicated to going above and beyond to delight customers and teammates.
• Energetic, positive team player in a dynamic environment.
• Extremely detail-oriented with a wide range of responsibilities.
• Open-minded and eager to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear with accuracy.
• Check finished eyewear meets optical standards and requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to best-practice sales and customer service processes.
• Represent Warby Parker to educate customers about our values and mission.
