Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industry.
• Clear, effective communicator who can explain technical terms to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements with accuracy.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear, and verify fit.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service and best practices.
