Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure.

• Knowledge of current store merchandise.

• Familiarity with POS, computers & calculators.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescription in lenses.
• Lead in optical acumen and advise on frame selection.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear precisely.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Maintain accurate use of technology under time pressure and high customer volume.
• Keep store appearance clean, attractive, and organized.
• Inform management of safety opportunities and follow safe work practices.
