LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver exceptional customer service and craft high-quality eyewear for our community. You will accurately fit glasses, take measurements, and ensure each pair meets our standards and customer needs.

You will utilize iPad/tablet tools, POS systems, and your optical knowledge to guide customers. Join a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and a personalized care experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure to practice as an optician.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with POS, tablets, and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Lead with optical knowledge and customer care.
• Take and record measurements; adjust eyewear precisely.
• Support team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Maintain product knowledge and use of store tools under time pressure.
