LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver the brand value and establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for vision needs. You will provide excellent customer service and craft high-quality eyewear that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities include fitting glasses, recording measurements, and guiding customers through prescriptions and frames with precision, using iPad/tablet tools and POS systems. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a passion for vision care.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure (Optician) required.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of store merchandise and trends.
• Solid math skills and basic tech aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and input prescriptions into lenses.
• Lead in optical knowledge and service excellence.
• Take and record measurements and adjust eyewear.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Utilize technology accurately under time pressure to deliver quality eyewear.
