LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Optician to welcome customers and provide precise eyewear fitting and measurements. You will use an iPad/tablet and POS systems to assist with prescriptions and ensure high-quality eyewear meets customer needs.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, knowledge of fashion trends, and ability to work with a team to achieve brand KPIs in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• State Licensure required for optician role.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise and fashion trends.
• Ability to use an iPad/tablet and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Lead with optical knowledge and service excellence.
• Take and record measurements with precision; ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
