LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver legendary customer service and craft high-quality eyewear. You will measure, fit, and adjust prescription eyewear, using tablets and POS systems to ensure accuracy and satisfaction for every guest.

Ideal candidates have state licensure, optical dispensing experience, strong math and fashion-awareness, and a passion for learning in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure as Optician.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Familiar with POS, computers and calculators.
• Selling skills and comfort with iPad/tablet.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and set expectations for service.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses precisely.
• Lead with optical knowledge and assist team with complex needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear per standards.
• Operate technology with accuracy under time pressure.
• Maintain store appearance and safety practices.
