LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver exceptional service and craft eyewear to spec. You will measure, fit, and adjust eyeglasses, using iPad/tablet tools and POS systems, while guiding customers and maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates bring state licensure and optical dispensing experience, strong communication, and a proactive, solution-driven mindset in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescription in lenses.
• Record measurements and adjust eyewear precisely.
• Use technology and tools under time pressure while maintaining quality.
