Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking skilled opticians to join our in-house team in an exciting growth phase. You will assist customers, take precise measurements, and ensure eyewear meets our high standards and their prescriptions.

As part of a collaborative, energetic environment, you will explain prescription terminology, help select frames, and share best practices for delivering exceptional service across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician where required by state law.
• ABO certification accepted in non-licensing states.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription and lifestyle.
• Share best practices for sales and service across the organization.
• Represent Warby Parker and educate customers about our values.
