Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear accurately.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings clearly.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames/lenses based on prescription, face fit and style.
• Contribute to best-practices for sales and customer service.
