Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in licensing states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Active optician license or ABO certification as required by state law.
• Strong communication to explain eyewear terminology clearly.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to assess eyewear needs and provide service.
• Take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure precise adjustments.
• Verify eyewear aligns with optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers clearly.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service across the store.
• Assist customers in choosing frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, and style.
• Contribute to best-practice sales and service processes for the organization.
• Represent the Warby Parker brand and embody its values and mission.
