Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team and help people see. You will take measurements, fit eyewear, explain terminology, and ensure our eyewear meets brand standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified as required by state laws.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective communication; able to explain technical terms to customers.
• Dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Energetic, positive team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely detail-oriented with ability to juggle many tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service.
• Guide customers to best frames and lenses based on prescription and lifestyle.
• Help implement best practices for sales and service across the organization.
• Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate customers about our values.
