Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team. You will help customers see clearly by fitting eyewear, taking measurements, and ensuring products meet our standards. You will explain prescription terminology and collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in applicable states (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states).
• Passionate about eyewear and retail.
• Clear, effective communication for explaining prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to provide exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle.
• Represent Warby Parker brand and educate customers about our values.
