Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a licensed dispensing optician to join our in-house optical team in Miami. You’ll help customers see, take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure products meet optical standards with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in licensed states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Clear communication and ability to explain terms to customers.
• Strong focus on accuracy, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to share best practices for sales and service.
• Represent Warby Parker’s brand and values to educate customers.
