Warby Parker is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Opticians to join our in-house optical team, helping people see and feel confident about their eyewear. You’ll become an expert in our brand and glasses, take precise measurements, fit frames, and deliver outstanding service.

The ideal candidate holds a licensed dispensing optician credential (ABO if required), is a clear communicator, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Responsive, client-focused and able to explain eyewear terminology clearly.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor for customer interactions.
• Detail-oriented with ability to record measurements and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Assist customers in choosing frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service across the organization.
• Represent the brand and embody Warby Parker values and mission.
