As a licensed dispensing optician (ABO-certified if applicable), you’ll take measurements, fit eyewear, explain prescription terms, and partner with teammates to provide best-in-class service. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

• ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.

Aufgaben

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, and lifestyle.
• Share best practices for sales and customer service across the organization.
• Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate others about values and mission.
