Warby Parker in New York is seeking licensed dispensing opticians to join our in-house optical team, helping customers find the perfect frames and lenses while delivering exceptional service.

You will measure, fit, and adjust eyewear with precision, explain prescription terminology, and collaborate with teammates to uphold our brand standards and optical quality.

Formación

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to explain technical terms to customers.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communicator who collaborates well with team and store leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, fit and adjust eyewear with accuracy.
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
