Warby Parker is seeking a skilled Optician to join our in-house optical team and help people see with confidence. You will become an expert in our brand, assist customers with eyewear needs, and ensure precise measurements and adjustments.

Applicants should be licensed where required, or ABO-certified if the state does not license opticians. A passion for eyewear, clear communication, and a positive team player mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license.
• ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help meet all of their eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and best practices.
