Qualifications

• Must hold a licensed dispensing optician credential or ABO certification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in measurements and fittings.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings clearly.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription and style.
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service.
