Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified) in state(s) requiring a license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain eyewear terminology clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and fittings.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
