Job summary

Warby Parker is opening a new store in Chattanooga and seeks an Optical Supervisor to lead the in-house optical team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise operations, mentor opticians and retail staff, and uphold Warby Parker standards for service and eyewear quality.

Ideal candidates are licensed dispensing opticians (or ABO-certified) with a passion for learning and a drive to grow with the brand as we expand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail optical environments is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and mentor staff.
• Familiarity with eyewear measurements and fittings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology to customers.
